國立成功大學外語中心與泰國朱拉隆功大學外語中心將於108年12月7日(週六) 辦理「2019學科內容與語言整合教學國際研討會」，邀請國內大專院校專家學者、行政主管及教師繳費報名參加。

• 繳費說明
  1. 本次硏討會採繳費報名方式，恕不接受辦理退費。
  2. 報名時請提供您常用的E-mail。
  3. 收到您的資料後，我們將於3個工作天內寄出繳費通知單到您所提供的E-mail，說明如何繳費。
  4. 請您在收到繳費通知單後，於規定期限內(7天)完成台銀臨櫃繳費或ATM轉帳繳費，並來信告知已完成繳費。
  5. 若沒在規定日期內完成繳費或回信告知已完成繳費，將視同放棄報名，屆時需重新報名。
  6. 最後，我們將需要3個工作天的時間核對您的繳費資訊，若確認無誤，我們將核准您的報名資格並顯示於"報名明細"(請點我)。
  7. 本研討會所收的300元報名費將用於支付學員的午餐、下午茶及大會議程印刷等費用。

• How to pay your registration fee

1. No refund can be made, once the registration fee is paid.
2. Your registration fee (TWD 300) will cover the lunchbox and refreshment on the conference day, and a conference agenda.
3. Upon registration, please provide an e-mail address we can contact you.
4. After receiving your information, we will e-mail a confirmation letter to you within 3 business days with the details of on-line payment.
5. Please pay the registration fee through ATM transfer, or from any branch of Taiwan Bank within 7 days upon receiving our confirmation letter. Send us an e-mail after you have completed the payment.
6. Your registration may be canceled, if you fail to pay before the deadline or do not inform us about your payment.
7. Your payment will be verified within 3 business days. If everything is correct, your registration will appear on the website (Click me).
