包含有數種踢擊、側翻、倒立、地板移動 等動作…

它是武術也是舞蹈!

武術的部份可以強健體魄!

舞蹈的部份可以訓練協調!

可以從小練習到老，不受年齡的限制!

是格鬥技但也是種遊戲，目的不在擊倒對方，而是透過類格鬥的方式與對方遊戲，從格鬥遊戲中觀察以及理解他人，建立同理心。

The martial arts part can strengthen the physique! The dance part can train coordination! It can be practiced from a young age to old age, without age restrictions! It is a form of combat but also a game, the goal is not to defeat the opponent, but to play with the opponent through a form of combat and observe and understand others, building empathy.

●巴西戰舞？

巴西戰舞起源於大航海時代的巴西，由被帶到巴西奴役的非洲人發展而來，最初作為保護他們的一種武術，而後融入了舞蹈與音樂，造就了巴西戰舞特殊且迷人的文化，並保存至今。
奇妙計程車裡的羊駝所使用的巴西戰舞以及迫稔雄漫畫的巴突克戰舞，就是Capoeira!

●What is capoeira?

Capoeira originates from Brazil in the Age of Discovery and was developed by African slaves. It started as a form of martial arts for protection and later combined with dance and music, creating a unique and captivating culture that is still practiced today.
