[Notice] Please read carefully before signing up!!

1. Walk-in learning sessions are free to sign up (including insurance), but a deposit of 200 yuan is required,which will be fully refunded on the day of the event upon attendance.
2. For those requesting an online payment form, the payment form will be sent to the provided email address within 1-3 days (excluding holidays) after registration. For on-site payment at the office, please complete the payment within 10 days(excluding holidays) after registration at the Nei-hu Community College office.
3. For on-site payment at the office, please visit the Nei-hu Community College office to pay the attendance deposit (Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM, Saturday until 4:00 PM).
   
4. Children under twelve years old must be accompanied by a family member.
   
5. If the attendance deposit is not paid within the specified period after registration, participation on the event day will be considered as on-site registration without insurance coverage or audio guide device.
   
6. Participants are required to bring their own thermos, sun protection items, and rain gear. Plastic bottled water and rain gear will not be provided.
   
7. The tour guides reserve the right to adjust the tour route or attractions based on tour time and actual conditions for all scheduled sessions.
   
8. Free audio guide devices will be provided to those who pre-register and pay the deposit. Please bring your own 3.5mm jack headphones (wired headphones).

10. Refund policy for participants who have completed payment and are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances:
    

• Cancelations made 14 days before the event should be notified via phone or email to comm@nhcc.tw. Upon successful application confirmation, refunds can be processed at the office. If an online transfer is required, transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued for cancelations made less than 14 days before the event.
