Session 1 - Permaculture Intro, Project Description, Paths, Planting Beds

● 步道/種植區放樣Mark out paths and planting beds

● 建置跨溝渠的橋Install swale path crossings/bridges

第二堂課- 土壤整地及短期作物種植

Session 2 - Land/Soil Preparation and Short-term Plantings

● 示範並實施厚土種植Demonstrate and implement sheet mulching:

○ 德式厚土種植Hugelkultur

○ 一般厚土種植Regular sheet mulching

第三堂- 食物/採集森林

Session 3 - Food and Harvest Forests

● 食物/採集森林設計介紹及基地植物選擇Introduction to Food Forest Design and

Selected Plantings for Site

● 準備種植樹木和種植材料Prepare trees and planting material for planting

● 放置樹木和灌木Place trees and bushes

● 示範種樹技術Demonstrate tree planting techniques

● 挖洞/檢查洞Dig holes/Check holes

● 種植樹木/灌木&監控種樹Plant trees / monitor tree planting

● 香椿/非羅勒青醬製作Toona sinensis/non-basil green pestos

第四堂- 水文/水池整理及種植
